Contraband worth Rs 1 lakh seized in Imphal

The team led by officer-in-charge of NAB, R K Bikramjeet frisked vehicles at Khurai near here yesterday during which the contraband was seized from autorickshaw driver Ngangom Ibomcha (45).

Ibomcha, who was arrested along with the ganja, was being interrogated, sources said adding that the contraband was meant for smuggling to outside the state.
