Head constable Mushtaq Ahmad of India Reserve Battalion was kidnapped by a group of youth, suspected to be stone pelters, from Baramulla town this afternoon, they said.
According to sources, the kidnappers have demanded release of some persons arrested recently on charges of stone pelting.
