The court was irked that the agency, which had on December 26 filed a charge sheet in one of the leave travel concession (LTC) scam case against Rajesh Agnihotri, director of Vandana Air Travels Private Ltd, has not filed the necessary documents along with its final report.
"Callous attitude of officers concerned of investigating agency needs to be brought to the notice of CBI director," special CBI judge G P Singh said and fixed the matter for further proceedings on January 7.
It observed that the documents have neither been filed nor brought before it for consideration and even CBI investigating officer (IO) or Superintendent of Police concerned have not appeared in the court to furnish these documents.
