Daler Mehndi launches Jasveer Singh's new album

Bhangra King Daler Mehendi today launched a full-length Hindi music album, comprising Punjabi folk, by newcomer Jasveer Singh.
The album, titled 'Jawani Express', comprises 10 diverse tracks, some of which have a tinge of Punjabi folk and are laced with rap.
"I am impressed with Jasveer and his work. He has surpassed my expectations. I would help newer talent, especially those who are underprivileged, to get a good platform and launch their music," said Daler Mehndi at the launch here.
Jasveer, an avid follower of Mehndi, said he wanted to increase his audience with the new album.
"I always wanted my music to cross boundaries and reach national level. Today is indeed a momentous day for me having launched my album nationally and that too by Daler Mehndi ji," said Jasveer.

Jasveer said the songs in his album have been fine tuned keeping in mind the standards of songs in Bollywood films.
"The songs have been tuned by professionals keeping in mind the songs in Hindi movies," he said.
