Radcliffe, 23, said that the communal bathing scene for 'A Young Doctor's Notebook' was one he was pleased to experience, reported Daily Mirror online.
"It was great, because you know you are the envy of every woman ever. But the bath soon turns cold," he said.
The shot is just one of a series of snaps taken on the set of the dark comedy based on the short stories of Mikhail Bulgakov in which a young doctor tales tell of his experiences working in a small village during the Russian Revolution in 1917.
Golden Globe Award-winning actor Hamm plays an older version of the doctor, who has a series of bleakly comic exchanges with his younger self, played by Radcliffe.
"I am thrilled to get the chance to work on such rich material bringing something original, dark, funny and moving to light. Madness and the macabre," said the 41-year-old actor.
'A Young Doctor's Notebook' will premiere in early December.
