Governor on issues such as circular brought out by the Delhi government to throttle the media and socio-political freedom of speech and compensation to farmers for crop loss and to the family of the DTC driver who was killed in a road rage incident," a senior BJP leader said.
After meeting with Jung, Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay, who led the party delegation, said, "We have requested him to seek a report from the Chief Secretary on the issues of anti-media circular, inadequate compensation to farmers and Delhi government's dual standards in giving compensation to the families of government employees dying on duty.
