Delhi Dynamos FC retain Hans Mulder

Delhi Dynamos FC have retained their last season captain Hans Mulder for the second edition of Hero Indian Super League football.
Mulder's aggressive and tireless attitude clubbed with scoring crucial goals made him one of the most consistent players for Dynamos last season.
The Dutch-Spanish footballer came through the ranks of Real Zaragosa before joining the RKC Waalwijk under-19 team. He made his professional debut in the 2006-07 season and represented the club till 2011. The defensive central midfielder has made more than 100 appearances for RKC Waalwijk from 2006-2011 and has earned promotion to Eredivisie 3 times for RKC Waalwijk and Willem II.
The 28 year old is at the peak of his football career and will have plenty to offer to the team. The tenacious midfielder can play across all positions in central midfield. His versatality offers a lot of flexibility to the team.
Commenting on his second stint with Delhi Dynamos, Mulder said, "I am glad to be part of the club again. I really enjoyed playing for them last season and am extremely happy and excited to be back with Delhi Dynamos. I really look forward to working under Roberto Carlos and I am confident we will be champions this season."
On Mulder's signing, Delhi Dynamos FC president Prashant Agarwal said, "We are delighted to have retained our captain from last Season of ISL. He has been a valuable member of Delhi Dynamos last season. Being one of the youngest captains in the ISL, we are certain of his quality. He comes with the experience of season and will complement the squad very well."
Marquee manager of Delhi Dynamos FC, Roberto Carlos said, "I was extremely impressed by Hans after seeing his video of last season. He leads by example and gives it his all on the pitch. He is a perfect fit for our team with his ability to play across various positions in midfield."
Hans will join former teammate Gustavo Marmentini dos Santos and Indian players Sehnaj Singh, Francis Fernandes and Souvik Chakrabarti.
