The Public Grievance Monitoring System (PGMS) department today said it received 3,573 complaints between February 15 and April 28 and 11,930 ones during the AAP government's regime till February 14.
Of the total 15,503 grievances, so far 11,650 or 75 per cent of the grievances have been resolved, partially resolved or closed.
Among them, 3,950 grievances were closed after finding the response given by the concerned departments satisfactory.
Of the pending grievances, 2,876 are overdue and the majority is lying with departments like Delhi Police, Delhi Jal Board, MCD North and South and Delhi Development Authority.
"Online registration and tracking of grievance has been facilitated for the citizens. Further, HODs have been made responsible to ensure timely disposal of the grievances forwarded to them," he said.
