Delhiites wake up to foggy conditions

Delhiites today woke up to a chilly and foggy morning with the mercury dipping to 7.4 degrees Celsius, one degree below the season's average.
The MeT department has predicted partly cloudy skies for the rest of the day.
"The skies will remain party cloudy. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 17 degrees Celsius," the official said.
Yesterday, the minimum temperature had settled at 7.4 degrees while the maximum was recorded at 16.4 degrees.
