The Delhi government by filling up the Lokayukta position, could have probed various alleged irregularities including appointment of 21 parliamentary secretaries and charges of fake degrees against certain AAP MLAs, Maken said.
The leader stated that his party will file complaints with Lokayukta's office against 30 AAP legislators including Kejriwal and the 21 parliamentary secretaries.
Stating that the appointment of parliamentary secretaries was against laid down procedures, Maken wondered why the AAP government which came to power on the promise of Lokpal was yet to appoint Lokayukta.
"The post of Lokyukta is vacant since Congress government demitted office in Delhi due to which citizens have become mere spectators of the wrongdoings of the AAP government," Maken said.
The Congress leader accused Kejriwal of "constantly shielding" the six AAP MLAs having fake degrees.
Congress will take out a protest march from Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) to Lokayukta office carrying an empty chair and then put it outside Lokayukta office, he said.
"We will file petitions in Lokayukta office on Monday and demand action against 30 AAP MLAs including CM Kejriwal," Maken noted.
