Earmark a day for all parties to collectively disrupt Parliament but after this some work must be done, says Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in a desperate suggestion for bringing order.
Concerned over repeated disruptions in Parliament, Omar made the suggestion to lawmakers today on the micro-blogging site Twitter.
"Why can't we have one day earmarked for all parties to collectively disrupt parliament, take the whole day to disrupt and then do some work?" he tweeted.
His tweet came after Lok Sabha was adjourned for the day following disruptions by various parties on issues including Telengana, death of children in relief camps of Muzzafarnagar and tabling of JPC report on 2G scam.
The Chief Minister also spoke about the stalemate in Delhi after the assembly elections threw up a hung verdict and said he could never imagine a day in political history of the country where there was a race for becoming leader of opposition.
"Never did I imagine I'd see the day when people would fight to be leader of the opposition with no one fighting to be leader," he tweeted.
He also congratulated Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal for the splendid showing of his nascent party.
"Congratulations to Arvind Kejriwal Stunning political debut. Now fight the good fight and live up to the promise the people of Delhi have seen.
