Eastern India's first tech-2-biz summit to be held next month

A first-ever tech-to-business (tech-2-biz) summit in eastern India will be organised here on August 10 that will aim at educating mid-sized businesses of the region, particularly small and medium enterprises with limited exposure, the organisers said.

The inaugural edition of the one-day 'Digital Success Summit' is being organized by city-based Indus Net Technologies.

"We decided to host the first Digital Success Summit in Kolkata which is the new growth capital of India as we see an exponential rise in digital adoption in the region," said Abhishek Rungta, Founder and CEO of Indus Net Technologies.

The organisers claimed that the event will have interesting insights from over 25 speakers coming from across the country to share their first-hand experience and knowledge about their domain. All the speakers are heading companies that have a global presence, they said.

The event has already seen over 100 registrations, they said.

It will focus on digital infrastructure, "business enhancer catalyst", role and influence of digital media and advertising and how internet works and is governed in India in separate sessions, the organizers said.
