The observers, appointed from the IAS cadre of different states, are - K P Rahi (from MP for Palghar Lok Sabha constituency), Bishwanath Sinha (from Delhi for Bhiwandi LS seat), Ashish Vacchani (from Delhi for Kalyan LS seat) and Vandana Dadel (from Jharkhand for Thane LS seat), sources added.
