Elder Pharmaceuticals CFO Bimal Desai resigns

Elder Pharmaceuticals said its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Bimal Desai resigned today.
"Bimal Desai, Chief Financial Officer of the company has resigned with effect from August 31. Management has accepted his resignation and he has been relived from the services," the company said in a statement.
Shares of Elder Pharmaceuticals today closed at Rs 94.60 apiece on BSE, down 0.63 per cent.
