Sushant Kumar Mishra of Cuttack, was arrested based on technical and other evidences, a crime branch official said adding that the accused had become acquainted with the women through online chat.
Later, the official said, he allegedly uploaded her photographs and with vulgar comments containing sexually explicit act in her facebook and sent them in mobile phones.
A case has been registered against Mishra under different sections of IPC and IT Act, 2008, he said.
