Export Promotion Council fort EoUs and SEZs (EPCES) today said it has launched a new membership software application.
The move would help EPCES members to digitally interact with the council.
It would also help cut delays and reduce paperwork for the members, EPCES said in a statement.
"The new system would facilitate tasks such as renewing their membership, applying for new or to download certificates," it added.
Officiating Chairman EPCES Vinay Sharma said this endeavour is aimed at saving paper and promote hassle free work environment.
There are about 7,000 export oriented units, special economic zones (SEZs) and SEZ developers across the country, out of which about 3,000 are enrolled with EPCES.
