Euro A Zipper enters into agreement with city-based co

Hong Kong-based Euro A Zipper has entered into an agreement with a city-based trading company which will enable it to get a share in the leather and leather apparel segment, a company source said on Monday.

Euro A Zipper Company is headquartered in Hong Kong and is eyeing to generate revenue of 15 million to 20 million USD within the first three years of its entry into the country, which was on August 24, he said.

As per the MoU, signed on Friday last week, the trading company will have the "sole right" of Euro A Zipper's pan-India franchise and will be responsible for sourcing all its OBO brand products from the manufacturing facilities in China and Bangladesh, the source said.

The trading will handle the entire marketing, sales and distribution of Euroi A Zipper in the country, he said.

As a part of the agreement distribution centres will be set up in the country in the next two years, the officer said.
