"Fanne Khan" and "Race 3" are scheduled to be released on June 15 next year on Eid.
Asked if the actor was bothered about the face-off at the box office, Prerna said, "Aishwarya is fine with the release date. It is not a concern for her."
The producer said she does not mind the film releasing against "Race 3" as "Fanney Khan" is a smaller project and getting a solo release for them is a problem.
Prerna said the clash was not intentional.
The producer was speaking at the red carpet of Zee Cine Awards here last night.
"Fanne Khan", also starring Rajkummar Rao and Anil Kapoor in lead roles, has been directed by Atul Manjrekar.
