Sherlock and Dr Watson in the new hit TV series 'Sherlock' should become gay lovers, suggested fans to the makers.
The characters of Sherlock and Dr Watson, played by Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman respectively, share a close bond in the BBC crime series.
The fans now want their friendship to blossom in to a romance and have sent story ideas to the creators for the same, reported the Daily Mirror.
"Oh my God. I get things that would make your hair turn white. It's not just Sherlock and Watson holding hands on a park bench, I can tell you.
"Some of them are incredibly graphic but my goodness I've not tried half the things they're doing," 'Sherlock' co-creator Mark Gatiss said.
