"Hearing of final arguments in the case is fixed on March 6," special public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam told PTI today.
Police had arrested Mohammed Ashfaq Sheikh, Mohamed Kasim Hafiz Sheikh alias Kasim Bangali, Salim Ansari, Vijay Jadhav and a minor for raping the 19-year-old in the deserted compound last year on July 31, 2013.
On October 8, police filed a 362-page charge sheet against four of the accused while the minor's case was separated.
In another case in the same compound last year, a young journalist interning with an English magazine here was raped by five persons, including a juvenile, when she had gone to the compound with her male colleague on an assignment.
The accused were charged with rape, criminal conspiracy, common intention, unnatural sex under IPC sections and under the provisions of the Information Technology Act.
The crime branch had on September 19 filed a 600-page charge sheet against four accused in the journalist gang rape case.
