Fire at KMC building

A fire broke out at a room in
the Kolkata Municipal Corporation building in central Kolkata tonight.
Police said two fire tenders rushed to the spot to put off the flames, which broke out at around 10 pm, and now under control.
The room is situated opposite a famouse restaurant in the crowded area.
There was no report of any death.
The Officer-in-Charge, New Market police station and personnel of Disaster Management Group were at the spot to keep an eye on the situation.
