Firstsource launches First WF Suite

BPO major Firstsource Solutions today announced the launch of First WF Suite, a service offering designed to improve resource availability and utilisation in contact centres.
The solution encompasses consulting, managed services and capability development and helps deliver savings in the range of 10-15 per cent in operating costs.
The solution aligns with all outsourcing delivery models like onshore, offshore, work at home and supports optimisation in a multi-channel environment including voice, web, chat, email, back-office and social media.
"The launch is in line with our productisation strategy and is a significant step in simplifying business processes. The accuracy of forecasting, scheduling and real-time analytics will help service-oriented organisations reduce their operational costs through effective resource utilisation," Firstsource Solutions VP - WFM (Workforce Management) Manish Saxena said.

Bharucha & Partners upgrades management sols to BlackBerry 10 * Canadian handset maker BlackBerry today announced law firm Bharucha & Partners has upgraded its mobile fleet to BlackBerry 10 smartphones.
The firm also upgraded its Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platform to BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 (BES10), to manage its mobile infrastructure and protect corporate data, it said in a release.
All lawyers and paralegals and senior members of the administrative staff have moved to BlackBerry 10 smartphones, primarily BlackBerry Q5 and BlackBerry Z30 smartphones, it added.
With BlackBerry Balance technology, users can access their professional and personal information separately without compromising security.
The partition allows professional part to be controlled and managed by the company's IT department, while the personal section is open for employees as per BYOD norms.
