"Burdwan University has announced this decision to defer all examinations during next one week because of flood situation and massive rescue and relief works in the state," Chatterjee said here.
The minister also said that the university authorities would announce the rescheduled dates for these examinations tomorrow through its websites.
"Students are requested to follow the university websites to know their new examination dates," he added.
