Four wheels of the EMU (Electic Multiple Unit) train bound for Beach from Velachery station came off at Park Town Station around 10.30 AM, a railway spokesperson said.
Various teams have rushed to the spot to investigate the matter and the service was expected to resume service in a few hours, he said.
