It was second successive title for Gandas as he had also won the Delhi Junior golf earlier.
Starting the final day two shots ahead of Viraj Madapa, Gandas never let go of the stranglehold with three birdies in first five holes and four on the front nine.
He once again birdied three of the four par-5s and total 282.
Madappa for his part did give a fight with a two-under 34 for the front nine and narrowed the lead to one. On the back nine, Gandas had three birdies and one bogey, while Madappa managed only one bogey and a birdie came too late on 18th to finish at 285.
In Category B, Arjun Prasad (75-76-76-74) completed a start-to-finish win at 301, a score that fetched him a fifth place overall for Category A and B combined.
Tanvir Kahlon (77-78-76-77) was second at 308 and Kartik Sharma (77-79-76-81) was third at 313.
