Gehlot, reacting on cancellation of mutation of land bought by Vadra's firm in Bikaner, said that his government had not favoured Vadra in any land deal and dared the BJP government to order a probe by a High Court judge to ascertain the truth.
"I have been saying for last one year that a probe by High Court judge can be ordered by the government to look into the allegation and to ascertain truth," the senior Congress leader told reporters at PCC here.
The BJP, while in opposition during the Congress rule, had alleged that some firms were favoured by the state government due to their alleged allegiance with Vaibhav Gehlot.
The senior Congress leader also accused the BJP government of neglecting issues of public welfare and said there was no governance in the state.
"Good governance and public welfare are not priority of this government. This is very unfortunate, and people have now understood that the BJP came to power by misleading them," he said.
