Parsekar, who also holds Finance portfolio, has listed various announcements which are either "implemented" or are "under consideration".
In one of the major announcements, the government said it has already implemented the proposal to extend 'E-visa' facility to tourists from 113 countries.
The 30-page report said that in order to promote tourism, the consultancy work for preparation of Tourism Master Plan and Tourism policy is in progress, which include setting up of a Tourism Promotion Board.
As per the announcement made in budget 2015-16, the Town and Country Planning department is in the process of amending the law wherein construction of eco-friendly huts, cottages and tents would be permitted without necessitating conversion of land, provided that such projects are within five per cent of the total tract, and subject to the condition that two hectares of land is available for this activity.
The government, as announced in the budget, has also completed the tender of construction of cable-stayed ropeway system to connect the North Goa beaches for travel and sightseeing, it stated.
On the infrastructure creation front, the government stated that 45 per cent work on Amona-Virdi bridge has been completed, while 38 per cent work on Keri-Tiracole bridge was completed.
These two bridges were announced in the budget, the first one to be presented by Parsekar.
In a bid to encourage investment, the report mentions that many services for issue of license, permissions, NOCs and renewal related to the setting up of industry have been brought under ambit of the Goa Right of Citizen to time-bound delivery of public services Act, 2013, thereby making the disposal time-bound.
