"We have got vital clues...You will come to know in a few days," committee chairman Fransisco Mickky Pacheco said here.
"Whoever was smuggling out (seized) drugs from the government coffers will also be exposed," Pacheco said.
In some recent cases, police officers were accused of selling back the seized drugs to the mafia.
Goa Police's crime branch has submitted its probe papers to the committee.
Pacheco said that there were 10 boxes, with 10,000 documents apiece.
The House committee would also probe allegations of involvement in the drug trade against Roy, the son of former Goa Home Minister Ravi Naik.
Lucky Farmhouse, a former girlfriend of Israeli druglord Yaniv Benaim alias Atala who had exposed his links with the politicians here, had named Roy.
Fiona Mackowen, the mother of British teenager Scarlet Eden Keeling who died in Goa, had also alleged that Roy was involved in the drug trade.
