All the six cases were reported from 10 PM last night till early this morning, the official said.
In five separate cases, five Indian passengers, who arrived at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International airport from Bangkok on a Thai Airways (TG) flight, were intercepted, said a customs official.
"Their examination revealed they were carrying a gold chain and bracelet each that were not declared. The collective value of the yellow metal that seized from them is Rs 50.66 lakh," the official added.
On the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday, the customs officials had recovered undeclared gold worth Rs 75 lakh from five passengers at the airport.
