"Congress and BJP will fall short of majority and chances are bright for Left and Secular parties to form the Government," CPI state secretarty D Pandian told reporters here.
Alleging that both the national parties were not discussing the problems of the people, who were suffering due to the wrong economic polices pursued by Congress, he said they have instead made the election individual-centric.
Pandian said DMK has to explain what they have done for Tamil Nadu and the people all these years, while AIADMK has to answer why it started campaigning against BJP and its Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi in the 11th hour.
