As the House was discussing amendments to the Negotiable Instruments Act, Deputy Speaker M Thambidurai said members from the Treasury side were talking in the House when an important bill was being discussed.
"Please sit outside, if you have to talk...I am hearing voices from this (treasury) side only...I am sorry to say that...," he said.
As some senior members asked their colleagues to maintain silence, members from Congress retorted "BJP members are gossiping (gappe lada rahe hain)".
