Govt making efforts to protect indigenous cattle breeds: Anandiben Patel

Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel here on Wednesday said the state government was making efforts to protect indigenous cattle breeds.

She, while delivering the presidential address during the ninth convocation of Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Veterinary Univeristy in Mathura, said, "In the past five decades, only foreign breeds were promoted without realising its adverse impact."
