"Officials are unable to lodge complaints because of several reasons. Though they toil in office, their problems remain unresolved. At the camp, they will be able to air their grievances without intimating the department heads and these will be solved at the earliest," said Koraput district Collector Jaya Kumar V.
The administration has listed 10 types of grievances, which will be addressed at the special grievance camp to be held at the collectorate from 4 pm to 6 pm.
"All grievances will be dealt with under the prevailing law. Suspension cases will be heard 90 days after the issue of the order. We hope this will boost the morale of the employees and increase work efficiency," the Collector said.
