The stations with which the bus network would be connected are Badarpur, Tughlakabad, AIIMS, Kashmere Gate and Huda City Centre.
DMRC had requested Haryana Roadways to introduce feeder bus services on these routes for the convenience of the commuters using the Metro, especially in the satellite towns of Gurgaon and Faridabad.
Haryana Roadways has started these services with the help of about 60 buses and will maintain a frequency of approximately 15 minutes, a DMRC spokesman said.
The new bus routes are as follows: Sikanderpur Metro Station to Rajeev Chowk, Badarpur Metro Station to Ambedkar Chowk, Badarpur Metro Station to GoodYear Chowk, Tughlagabad Metro Station to Tughlagabad Metro Station, Ballabhgarh Bus Stand to AIIMS, NIT Bus Stand to AIIMS, Ballabhgarh Bus Stand to ISBT Kashmiri Gate and NIT Bus Stand to ISBT Kashmiri Gate.
