The payment of DA on the emoluments of November will be made with the salary to be paid in December 2016.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman of Finance Department said the state government has already implemented the Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules-2016 and Haryana Civil Services (Assured Career Progression) Rules-2016 so as to give the benefit of 7th Central Pay Commission to its employees.
Also, it would not cover those paid otherwise than on monthly basis, including those paid on a piece rate basis or on daily wage basis or contract basis.
In case of those employees who opt to retain the existing scale of pay or who have not elected to be governed by the above said rules, the orders regulating the admissibility of DA in their case would be issued separately.
