"The district administration has been provided four companies of Provincial Armed Constabulary and one company of Rapid Action Force in view of the dharna from tomorrow besides it will itself make security arrangements there to ensure peace and order," IG law and order Amrendra Sengar said here.
BJP has alleged that the district administration humiliated party workers during the trouble in Kanth earlier this month and demanded action against SSP Moradabad, Dharamvir Yadav, for blaming the saffron party for the clashes in a controversial statement which the party claimed was unbecoming of a government servant.
Meanwhile, the IG also said that 11 company of Central Paramilitary Forces have been demanded from the Centre in view of the upcoming festival season.
