Hyundai sales grow 9.3% to 59,707 units in August

Hyundai Motor India (HMIL) today reported a 9.3 per cent increase in total sales at 59,707 units in August.
The company had sold 54,607 units in the same month last year, HMIL said in a statement.
In domestic market, Hyundai sold 43,201 units last month compared with 40,505 in August last year, a growth of 6.7 per cent.
Exports rose 17 per cent to 16,506 units as against 14,102 units in the same period last year.
