Akshay will do a cameo as himself in 'The Shaukeens' and the 28-year-old 'Queen' actress essays the role of a crazy fan of the Bollywood star.
"I still can't believe that I am doing a film with Akshay. I am a fan but not a crazy one like a play in the movie. If he knew I was psycho, he would never work with me. There is so much respect for him. When I was learning Hindi, I used to watch his films because he speaks the language so well," Lisa told PTI.
The new film stars Anupam Kher, Piyush Mishra and Annu Kapoor, who are lusting after a much younger girl played by Lisa.
The movie has been directed by Abhishek Sharma of 'Tere Bin Laden' fame and produced by Akshay. It will hit theatres on November 7.
