Brosnan, 61, who played the fictional spy in four Bond films, says he is different from the role he played, reported Us magazine.
"I just wish I was as cool as they are," Brosnan reflected of his action-movie characters. That role is a gift that keeps giving in many respects. I resist any negative feelings or tension as it's such an iconic role," he said.
The actor will again be seen in a role of a spy in his upcoming film 'The November Man'.
"I thought it had complexity and it was a good fit for me as a character to play, having been away from the spy game for some time," Brosnan said of the film.
