As per the festival tradition, IFFI pays tribute to noted film personalities who passed away in the year preceding the festival.
Actors Deven Verma, Manorama and Indra Bania; producer Eddida Nageshwar Rao and D Ramanaidu; music composer MS Vishwanathan; film directors Nirad Mohapatra from (Odissa) and Bidyut Chakravarty (Assam), will also be remembered during the special event.
In the 'Homage' section, IFFI invites the family members, friends and well-wishers of the personalities to attend the screenings of the artists' best work.
