Industrial oils gain in lacklustre trade

Castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial gained further in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following good demand from soaps and shippers industries.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil, refined palmolein and linseeds oil held stable in absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the edible section, groundnut oil and refined palmolein closed unchanged at Rs 910 per 10kg and Rs 595 per 10kg respectively.
Moving to non-edible segment, castorseeds bold moved up by Rs 5 per 100kg to Rs 4,725 from Tuesday's close Rs 4,720 and castoroil commercial inched up to Rs 975 per 10kg.
Linseeds oil ended unaltered to Rs 750 per 10kg.
