Mohapatra, a 1979 batch IAS officer of Odisha cadre, is presently Secretary in Department of Rural Development. He will hold the additional charge for a period of three months, an order issued by Department of Personnel and Training said.
Also, Narendra Kumar Sinha has been given additional charge of Tourism Secretary. Sinha, a 1980 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, is Secretary in Ministry of Culture. He will also hold the charge for three months, it said.
