JK govt distributes Rs 139 cr to BPL families under IAY

The Jammu and Kashmir government has distributed over Rs 139 crore to Below Poverty Line families for construction of dwelling units under Indira Awas Yojna (IAY).
The government has provided Rs 139.43 crore to BPL families for construction of dwelling units under IAY during the current financial year up to January, Rural Development minister Ali Mohammad Sagar today told the state Assembly in reply to a query.
Replying to another question, he said 100 lavatories have been constructed in Suchetgarh constituency in the last two years.
