This was stated by the Chairman Legislative Council, Amit Malhotra while interacting with a group of unemployment educated youth of the district here today.
Malhotra said that MNREGA and Sher-i-Kashmir Employment Welfare Programme are two main schemes which would certainly help change the whole scenario of unemployment problem in the state.
The Chairman exhorted upon the unemployed youth to avail the employment schemes being implemented by specialised departments such as Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Poultry Farming, Horticulture and Apiculture.
