A 21-year-old man was killed and his elder brother injured after they were shot at by unidentified men yesterday, apparently for not letting their car pass.
On Monday, Vikas (30) was shot dead at Dwarka with the killers leaving behind a note that read, "A revolution has begun. Justice has been served."
The police said the assailants were members of a gang who were posing as vigilantes against incidents of rape and harassment in the national capital region.
They had also shot at one Hemant in Gurugram apparently because he was in a relationship with a cousin of one of the accused.
Vikas was killed since he was in support of the relationship.
