Ex-U'khand CM Rawat escapes unhurt after two-wheeler hits him
Press Trust of India Dehradun Former Uttarakhand chief minister Harish Rawat had a close shave as a two-wheeler rider lost control of his vehicle and hit him here today. The Congress leader though did not receive any injury in the incident.
According to Rawat's spokesperson Surendra Kumar, the ex-CM was taking a stroll outside his residence in the Rajpur area in the evening when the two-wheeler hit him.
The Congress leader though escaped the incident unhurt, said Kumar.
A crowd had gathered after the incident, said Kumar, adding that Rawat ensured that the biker left the spot without any trouble.
