The property she bought in May was for USD 6 million.
The mansion built on 3.9 acres, is roughly 5,000 square feet and offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Kylie is expected to use the new property as more of a home office, while keeping her current living situation the main home.
Her older sister Kendall Jenner recently spent over USD 6.5 million on 4,8000-square-foot West Hollywood home that was once owned by John Krasinski and Emily Blunt.
