Shiv Prashant, resident of Baroda Bazaar in Jharkhand, was unloading marvel slabs from a truck, along with other labourers. He was crushed to death when the slabs fell on him, ASP Dharamshala Gourav Singh said.
A case of negligence has been registered against the owner of an under construction hotel for which the slabs were being unloaded.
