Lifeline policy launched in region

Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co Ltd has launched its flagship health insurance product Lifeline in the region.
Lifeline will now be offered through the company's agency channel to the customers in the region from this month.
Lifeline is the company's first plan serviced by doctors, offers the widest range of sum insured from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 1.5 crore, a company release said today.
The policy offers an excellent assortment of benefits like no room rent cap, accelerated no claim bonus, reload benefit Ayush Treatment and emergency domestic evacuation.
The product also covers preventive health care and wellness to encourage a general sense of well-being with people.The tax-saving plan covers anyone from three-month-old babies to adults of all ages and has family floater benefits, too.

It also offers 15 per cent discount in premium with no impact during the claims for customers, it said.
