Sources close to the rapper said that Wayne suffered the seizures Tuesday night after shooting a music video in LA and was subsequently taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital.
The 30-year-old 'Lollipop' hitmaker was released several hours later, early Wednesday morning and is doing much better now, reported TMZ.
It's not the rapper's first encounter with seizures, he suffered two seizures on board separate airplanes last October.
Wayne later acknowledged he'd been prescribed seizure medication by his doctor. His representative declined to comment.
